Renter's Insurance

Advanced Management Specialists requires all tenants to obtain renter’s insurance prior to occupying one of our rental homes. Please be aware that renter's insurance is required throughout the entire term of your tenancy. We require a copy of your certificate or declaration page showing your insurance company, current address, dates of policy coverage, and listing Advanced Management Specialists, Inc. as an “Interested/Additional Party” with the office address (1050 Plaza Dr. Suite G – Kissimmee, FL 34743). The certificate or declaration page should also contain your policy limits of coverage with a minimum of $100,000 for Personal Liability Coverage.
